Wendlow

Terms of use

Effective and last updated October 13, 2026

Wendlow is provided by Calverda LLC, a New York limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Your use of the app is governed by Apple’sLicensed Application End User License Agreement(the “Standard EULA”), together with these terms, which supplement it. By downloading or using Wendlow you agree to both. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies. These terms are between you and Calverda LLC, not Apple, and we, not Apple, are responsible for Wendlow and its support.

These terms also apply to this website, wendlow.com, including its articles and calculators. By using the website you agree to them.

Who can use Wendlow

You must be 18 or older and of legal drinking age where you live to use Wendlow.

Not medical advice

Calverda LLC provides Wendlow for tracking purposes only. Wendlow is a wellness tool for tracking your drinking and habits. It is not a medical device or a treatment program. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and its figures, insights and reviews are not medical advice. Insights describe patterns in your own data, not causes. Check with a doctor before making decisions about your health, including before you change how much you drink.

If you drink heavily every day, or feel shaky, sweaty, anxious or sick when you stop, stopping suddenly can be dangerous and even life-threatening. Speak to a doctor first about cutting down safely. If you are pregnant or could become pregnant, or take medicine that interacts with alcohol, follow your doctor’s advice.

Wendlow is not a crisis service and does not monitor what you record. In an emergency, call your local emergency number, such as 911, 999 or 000. Helplines are listed on the support page.

Information on this website

The articles, calculators, figures and guidelines on this website are provided by Calverda LLC for general information and to support personal tracking only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified health professional. Research summaries and national guidelines are accurate as of the date shown on each page but can change, and calculator results are estimates based on what you enter. Do not rely on this website to decide whether it is safe for you to drink, to stop drinking, to drive or to do anything else. You use it at your own risk.

Not a measure of blood alcohol or fitness to drive

Standard drinks and units follow published national definitions and depend on the volume and strength you enter. They are not a measure of blood alcohol content, impairment or whether it is safe or legal for you to drive, operate machinery or do anything else. Never rely on Wendlow for those decisions.

Your data

Your record belongs to you. It is stored on your devices and in your iCloud account, as described in theprivacy policy. Because we hold no copy, we cannot recover a record that is deleted or lost. Export regularly if you want a backup. You are responsible for keeping your devices and Apple Account secure.

Wendlow Pro

Wendlow is free to download and use. Wendlow Pro adds features and is available as an auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase, all through your Apple Account. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy, and payment is charged when you confirm the purchase.

Apple processes all payments and handles refunds. To request one, visitreportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.

Using Wendlow

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Wendlow on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the Standard EULA and Apple’s usage rules. Don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except as the law allows. Features that rely on Apple services, such as iCloud, Apple Health, Siri and widgets, are subject to Apple’s terms and may change if Apple changes them.

We may update, change or remove features, and we may stop offering Wendlow. If we stop offering it, we will try to give notice in an app update or on this website so you can export your record.

Warranties and liability

We work to keep Wendlow and this website accurate and available, but to the extent the law allows, they are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision you make or action you take based on Wendlow or the information on this website. The Standard EULA sets out further disclaimers and limits for the app.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Indemnification

To the extent the law allows, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calverda LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use or misuse of Wendlow or this website, decisions you make based on them, or your breach of these terms. This does not apply to the extent a loss is caused by our own breach of these terms, negligence or wilful misconduct, and it does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law that governs the Standard EULA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and for significant changes we will also describe them in the app’s release notes before they take effect. If you keep using Wendlow after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply. If you don’t agree, stop using Wendlow and cancel any subscription.
