This policy is provided by Calverda LLC for the Wendlow app and website under the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada law on consumer health data and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act.

Health data the app keeps away from us

What you record in Wendlow and what it reads from Apple Health is processed on your device and in your private iCloud account. Calverda LLC does not collect, access or receive it.

Categories of consumer health data we collect, and why

The only consumer health data we may collect is what you choose to include in an email to us, such as details about your drinking or health. We use it only to reply to you and resolve your request.

We do not sell consumer health data or share it with third parties or affiliates. Our email provider stores messages on our behalf as a processor.

Your rights

You can confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, get a copy of it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent. Email support@wendlow.com from the address you used to contact us. We will respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to the appeal within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you can contact your state attorney general.
