If you need to talk to someone
If you or someone else is in danger, or has a seizure, hallucinations or severe confusion, call your local emergency number now: 911 in the US, 999 in the UK, 000 in Australia, or 112 in most other countries.
If you drink heavily every day, or feel shaky, sweaty, anxious or sick when you stop, stopping suddenly can be dangerous and even life-threatening. Speak to a doctor first about cutting down safely.
These services are confidential. You can also speak to your doctor.

Common questions
Does Wendlow sync between iPhone and iPad?
Yes, through your iCloud account. Sign in to the same Apple Account on both devices and make sure iCloud is on for Wendlow in iOS Settings.
Can I bring my history from another app?
Yes. If your previous app exports a CSV file, such as Strides, import it from Settings, then Practices and appearance. Each habit also has a start date you can set in the past, you can tap past days on its calendar to mark them, and for alcohol you can enter the date you went alcohol-free so your streak carries over.
What are practices?
Up to three things you invest in alongside drinking less, such as the gym, being in bed by 11, steps or mindful minutes. Each has a weekly target. You mark the days you do them, and Apple Health can be shown alongside for comparison. Rest days never count against you.
How are standard drinks calculated?
From the volume and alcohol strength you enter, using your region’s definition: 14 g of alcohol in the US, 10 g in Australia, and a 10 ml unit in the UK. You can change your region in Settings. To check a drink yourself, use the standard drink calculator.
What happens if I miss a day of logging?
Nothing is counted against you. Days without a log are left out of your figures, not scored.
Can I log a drinking day without counting drinks?
Yes. Choose Drank today from the + menu. The day counts as a drinking day and adds nothing to your drink totals.
How do I cancel Wendlow Pro?
Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Apple manages all subscriptions, including refunds, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
In Wendlow, open Settings, then Data. You can export your record first.
